Cloud Station (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides real-time weather station monitoring through the Cloud Station mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes what data is collected and processed when you use our services.

No data selling We never sell your personal information.
No tracking SDKs No third-party analytics or ad tracking.
Purpose-limited Data is used to run monitoring features only.

  • Account data — username, password (for sign-in), role, and assigned stations.
  • Session and authentication data — authentication token and session status.
  • Operational logs — backend login logs, including IP address and user-agent metadata.
  • Station and sensor data — weather readings, station metadata, tables, charts, and mappings required for app features.
  • Local app preferences — remember-me, theme mode, recent searches, notes, pinned sensors, and sensor layout preferences stored on your device.
  • User-initiated exports — CSV files generated temporarily on your device when you export or share data.

What we don't collect

  • No precise GPS location is collected by the App.
  • No camera, microphone, contacts, or Bluetooth data is collected.
  • No third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs are integrated at this time.

  • Provide core app functions such as stations, latest data, graphs, tables, and exports.
  • Store and apply your preferences and station customization.
  • Maintain service reliability, security, and operational auditability.
