Introduction
EnviroHub is designed for business and professional product literature browsing. The App keeps most catalog content and preferences on your device and uses the internet only for limited app functionality described below.
Information we collect
2.1 Information we do not collect
EnviroHub does not require user registration or login. We do not intentionally collect:
- Name, email, phone number, or postal address
- Account credentials or passwords
- Precise location / GPS data
- Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera content
- Payment or financial information
- Advertising identifiers for personalized ads
2.2 Information stored only on your device
The App may store limited data locally on your device, such as:
- Recent search history (used to improve your search experience within the App)
- Recently viewed literature items (if enabled in the App)
- Temporary files created when you generate or share a PDF
This local data stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers as personal profile data.
2.3 Information sent over the internet
The App uses internet access only for limited functionality, such as checking whether an app update is available and opening store or website links. For update checks, only basic technical app information (such as the installed app version) may be sent to our update service. We do not send your name, email, search history, or catalog browsing history in this request.
2.4 Information you share yourself
If you use the Share feature, literature content (for example a PDF and product details) is shared through your device’s system share sheet to apps you choose (email, WhatsApp, Drive, etc.). That sharing is controlled by you and those third-party apps’ own privacy policies.
How we use information
We use the limited data described above only to:
- Provide and maintain the App’s catalog and share features
- Check whether an app update is available
- Improve reliability and user experience on your device
- Comply with legal obligations, if required
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising inside EnviroHub.

On Android, EnviroHub may request or use:

Children's privacy
EnviroHub is intended for business and professional use. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information transmitted for update checks. Because the App is primarily offline, most catalog content remains on your device. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
International users
Our company is based in India. If you use the App from outside India, update-check requests may be processed on servers in the regions where our hosting providers operate.
Your choices
You can:
- Use the App offline for catalog browsing without creating an account
- Clear App data / cache from Android settings to remove local history
- Uninstall the App to remove locally stored App data
- Decline update prompts (except where a forced update is required for continued use)
